Document responsibility: lease agreements, rent receipts, formal notices, property inventories and any other documents generated through Laubja are produced under the sole and entire responsibility of the user. CONSORCES cannot be held responsible for the content, accuracy, legal compliance or consequences of using these documents.

Verification obligation: the user is solely responsible for verifying the compliance of documents produced with applicable legislation and local regulations (Law of 6 July 1989, implementing decrees, co-ownership regulations, etc.). In case of doubt, it is recommended to consult a legal professional (lawyer, notary, property manager).

No legal advice: Laubja is a technical property management tool. It does not constitute a legal, tax or financial advisory service. Information provided (rent control, reference indices, document templates) is for informational purposes only and does not substitute for professional advice.

Exclusion of liability: CONSORCES disclaims all liability in case of:

  • Financial losses, disputes or damages resulting from the use of generated documents;
  • Errors, omissions or inaccuracies in reference data (rents, indices, scales);
  • Temporary or permanent unavailability of the service;
  • Data loss due to a technical malfunction;

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These legal notices are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bordeaux (33000), France.
