Is there a limit on the number of properties or tenants?
No. You can manage an unlimited number of properties and leases with the free account, whether you own a studio or an entire rental portfolio.
How much does a letting agency cost?
In France, management fees are usually between 6 and 10% of the rents collected, plus tenant placement fees (often close to one month's rent). On an 800€ rent, that is around 50 to 80€ per month, i.e. 600 to 960€ per year — which Laubja saves you.
Will I ever have to pay?
Core rental management will stay free. We will not introduce surprise fees: the only paid services are and will remain optional (insurance offered through our partners).
